MEET TRISH

Trish has been a top performing realtor in the Park City community for more than 18 years. Her connections with her clients are genuine and authentic. Besides being knowledgeable about the market, Trish is thoughtful, patient and organized, but aggressive and persistent when advocating for her clients. She strives to offer a stress-free experience and values her long standing relationships with her clients.  Trish has built relationships with other realtors and has a reputation in the real estate community for being kind, honest, hard working and collaborative.

After growing up in the New York suburbs and Paris, France, Trish has lived multiple lifetimes before landing in her favorite place -Park City Utah. From a farmhouse in Vermont to the shores of Palm Beach, Florida and Fairfield County, CT, she has always been exposed to luxury properties.  Trish developed a love for skiing in Europe, mainly Zermatt and Lech. She also spent winters in Stowe VT and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

She moved to Park City over 30 years ago and has treasured her life here raising her 3 children, volunteering for many years at the National Ability Center and the Peace House. She’s made lifelong friendships and her love of Park City is contagious. 

MEET BONNIE

Bonnie moved to Park City in high school and has been a part of the growth of the area for the past 30 years.  Since becoming a realtor in 2015, she has represented clients buying and selling real estate throughout Summit and Wasatch counties.  Her clients appreciate her extensive experience, her thoughtful approach and her attention to detail.  

Bonnie has worked on sales teams for new development projects in Park City including St. Regis Deer Valley, Stein Eriksen Residences, King’s Crown and Discovery Ridge. She has wide ranging knowledge of construction and design.  Not only does she work with clients to buy and sell, she is also invested in resort real estate and land herself.  Bonnie knows first hand the challenges and benefits of buying and selling Park City real estate.

Bonnie earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and has over 20 years of sales experience.  For her, it’s not about making the sale.  Bonnie’s passion is making her clients dreams come true.  Whether buying their first place in Utah, or selling a beloved home, Bonnie delights in meeting her client’s goals.  She is a trusted advisor with a strong work ethic.

In addition to real estate, Bonnie enjoys the Utah lifestyle. She’s an avid skier and hiker, enjoys practicing hot yoga, and will forever be working on her golf game.
