About Maddie DeWald

Born and raised in Park City, Madison DeWald brings a rare combination of lifelong local perspective and sophisticated luxury real estate experience to her clients. Her knowledge extends throughout the greater Park City market, from private golf and club communities to ski-in/ski-out properties, resort neighborhoods, new construction, land, and some of the area’s most sought-after residential enclaves.

After earning her degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Utah, Madison began her real estate career in 2021 on the Promontory sales team, where she developed an in-depth understanding of one of Park City’s premier private club communities. Working within this highly amenitized luxury environment, Madison built her business serving a discerning, high-net-worth clientele and gained experience across custom homes, homesites, new construction, resale properties, and the nuances of private club membership. The experience shaped her approach to luxury real estate and instilled an understanding of the discretion, attention to detail, and elevated level of service her clients expect.

Now with Christie’s International Real Estate, Madison pairs her hyper-local expertise with the reach and resources of a globally recognized luxury brand. With more than $200 million in career sales, she is known for her thoughtful approach, strong negotiation skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Just as important is her relationship-driven approach: Madison believes exceptional representation begins with being present, listening closely, and understanding what matters most to each client. Many of those relationships extend well beyond the closing table.

Outside of real estate, Madison is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys embracing the Park City lifestyle and finding new ways to experience her hometown. She and her husband, an accomplished amateur golfer, are members at Glenwild Golf Club & Spa, and she enjoys everything from golf and skiing to hiking and horseback riding. At home, she is a devoted dog mom to her beloved pug, Hazel.
