About Leah Gannuscio

Leah Gannuscio came to Utah the way many great decisions happen: on instinct and with skis. More than 15 years ago, she traded Wisconsin for the mountains, and never found a reason to leave. Today she calls Holladay home with her husband, raising her two kids and her dog in the Salt Lake Valley and spending her weekends on the same mountains that first drew her West.

Before real estate, Leah spent 15 years in marketing and advertising, including a tenure at McCann, one of the world's premier global agencies. She built her career managing complex brand portfolios, navigating high-stakes client relationships, and delivering results for clients who expected nothing less. It was demanding, creative work that required both analytical precision and the ability to make something compelling out of raw material. When she transitioned into real estate, she brought all of it with her.

Outside the office, Leah's heart belongs to the mountains. Her summers are filled with outdoor concerts at Red Butte Garden, her weekends are spent camping in Utah’s stunning backcountry, and winter finds her skiing with her kids and dog.
