About Lauren Angerosa

Lauren has called Park City home for more than 22 years, living in multiple neighborhoods throughout town and experiencing firsthand how each area offers its own rhythm, character, and sense of community. That long-term perspective gives her clients an informed, honest understanding of what it’s like to live here-not just own property here.

Lauren grew up in Ohio and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Sociology and Adventure Recreation. Shortly after college, she moved to Park City after falling in love with the mountains and the lifestyle. What began as a move shaped by curiosity and adventure became the place she chose to build her life and put down lasting roots.

Before transitioning into real estate, Lauren spent nearly 20 years working in adolescent mental health, building a career centered on trust, emotional awareness, and guiding people through high-stakes moments. Most recently, she was one of five women who built and opened a residential treatment program from the ground up-an experience that deepened her belief in steady leadership, honest communication, and the strength of committed partnerships.

That foundation shapes how she works in real estate today. Lauren focuses on luxury homes and lifestyle-driven investments, helping clients understand not only the property itself, but what it means to live in Park City. She is known for listening closely, offering clear and direct guidance, and connecting clients with trusted professionals and insight so they can make thoughtful, confident decisions.

Lauren is also the co-host of Ski In Sell Out, a podcast that explores the people and stories behind Park City real estate and reflects her belief that real estate is ultimately about relationships and community.

Outside of work, Lauren can be found playing outside, running around to sports and life and on adventure with her family and dogs.
