About Jason Selman

Having lived in Park City for nearly a decade, Jason Selman has embraced the balance of mountain living while carrying forward the hard-nosed work ethic shaped by years on the East Coast. As a lifelong entrepreneur, Jason understands that success comes from being available, accountable, and fully invested in the people he represents. In real estate, his business is his clients, and he approaches every relationship as a partnership built around their individual goals.

Jason specializes in luxury real estate and new construction and has participated on the ownership and development side of eight custom homes in some of the Park City area's most desirable communities, including several private golf communities. Working alongside architects, licensed general contractors, interior designers, and other experienced professionals throughout those projects has given him a firsthand understanding of the process of taking a home from an initial homesite and concept through design, construction, and ultimately to market.

That experience gives Jason a perspective that few real estate agents can offer. Whether helping clients identify and evaluate a homesite, assemble the right team of professionals, navigate the design and building process, or evaluate an existing home, he understands the many decisions involved in creating a successful custom home and knows the questions that help clients make more informed decisions.

Today, Jason brings together his background in real estate, entrepreneurship, and residential development to help buyers, sellers, investors, and developers confidently navigate one of life's most significant financial decisions. As a Realtor with VUE | Christie's International Real Estate Park City, he combines deep local market knowledge with the global reach and marketing power of the Christie's International Real Estate network.

Outside of real estate, Park City is home for Jason and his family. He and his wife are raising two young children who, by his own admission, happily run the household. He is actively involved in their school and PTA and enjoys much of what first drew him to Park City, including skiing, hockey, and softball.

Jason is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
