About Dean Lacy

A Minnesota native and after graduating from the University of Minnesota with a business degree in International Marketing and Management ; Dean developed a background of proven success in commercial, industrial, and residential project developments in Canada, Singapore, Minnesota,
California, Louisiana, Park City, and Heber City. This unique knowledge and experience in all aspects of project development; the identification and purchase of land parcels, the various city/county entitlement requirements, architectural design, engineering, construction, marketing and sales allows Dean to confidently guide his clients toward accomplishing whatever their unique objectives and goals may be.

Given their love for all facets of the Mountain Lifestyle Park City has to offer Dean and his wife Karen relocated to the Thaynes Canyon/Park Meadows community over 10 years ago to spend their free time hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, and spending time with their two rescue dogs Rosie and Blue.
