About Brad Erickson

Brad Erickson is Managing Director of the Park City Real Estate Team at Christie's International Real Estate Park City, the brokerage named Christie's International Real Estate Affiliate of the Year at the 2025 global summit, the highest honor awarded to any affiliate across the network's worldwide operation spanning 48 countries. Brad joined the brokerage in its founding year as one of its first ten agents, helping establish what is now recognized as the premier luxury real estate team in the Park City and Heber Valley market.

Brad represents buyers, sellers, and developers across two of Utah's most compelling luxury markets: Park City, Deer Valley, and Empire Pass on one side, and the Heber Valley corridor including Midway, Heber City, and Sundance on the other. His transaction history spans more than $300 million in closed volume, including development sales at Blackstone Flats at Canyons Village, a 32-residence luxury condominium project he represented as the exclusive developer agent, and his current role as a residential sales team member for Andaz Heber Valley Residences at The Slope, the first Andaz hotel in the mountain west by Hyatt, a globally recognized lifestyle brand with properties in Tokyo, Dubai, Maui, and Fifth Avenue.

In 2025, Brad was named to the Christie's International Real Estate Masters Circle, an elite designation awarded annually to fewer than 500 agents across 70 affiliates in 34 countries based on luxury sales volume, transaction count, and commitment to professional excellence. The 2025 Masters Circle class collectively represents more than $19 billion in annual sales. Brad closed $73 million in luxury real estate volume in 2025 to earn the designation.

Before joining Christie's International Real Estate Park City, Brad was a top-ranked national agent within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. He earned Chairman's Circle Diamond status in 2022, placing him in the top half of one percent of all agents nationally. His small team ranked first nationally for production in 2020, third nationally in 2021, and first nationally again in 2022.

In the Heber Valley, Brad is the most knowledgeable luxury agent operating in Midway and the surrounding communities. He lives in Midway, his children attend Midway Elementary and will attend Deer Creek High School, and he has represented the sale of Robert Redford's last Sundance property.
